He has successfully helmed 10+ prestigious educational institutions as Principal or Academic Head, driving transformative growth and academic achievement.

Er. Alok Kumar Mishra

Er. Alok Kumar Mishra is a passionate educator, Technologist, and youth mentor with a dynamic background in technology, defense, and global education. A former Cloud Architect Engineer at one of India's leading MNCs, he has successfully cleared several prestigious government and defense examinations, including being UPSC CDS qualified and SSB recommended with an AIR 29. A dedicated marathon runner and accomplished martial artist, he holds a State Bronze Medal in Karate and is a certified Green Belt.

While working full-time as a software engineer, Alok simultaneously pursued his passion for teaching by actively engaging in the Ed-Tech industry. He has taught and mentored more than 5000+ students over the last 5 years across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the UAE, delivering high-quality instruction aligned with diverse international curricula such as SAT, PSAT, US Common Core, IGCSE, NAPLAN, SELECTIVE and CBSE. As a Turito Certified SAT and PSAT Educator and an International Mathematics and Science Educator, he brings a global perspective to his teaching, emphasizing concept clarity, analytical thinking, and skill-building.

As the founder of PolarVeda Ed Tech Pvt. Ltd., he combines his technical expertise and academic insight to create a platform focused on 1:1 personalized learning, mentorship, and holistic student development. He is also a trusted SSB Mentor, guiding aspirants through the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview process and training them in communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
